WORLD FOOD DAY - OCTOBER 16, WORLD FOOD SUNDAY - OCTOBER 18
WORLD FOOD DAY will be held on October 16, 2010. It is a worldwide event designed to increase awareness, understanding and provide year-around action to alleviate hunger.
2010 marks the 65th anniversary of the founding of the food and agriculture organization of the UN. This year will also be the observance of the 30th world food day and the first year of a new day for world food day as together we move towards new heights of service and action.
