• Lutheran Office for Public Policy in Wisconsin (LOPPW) is a ministry of advocacy with the East Central Synod of Wisconsin, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and the World Hunger Program. Guided by scripture, Lutheran theology, and our social statements, LOPPW speaks out on legislation and policies that tackle the root causes of hunger in our state.
