Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Calvary Lutheran Church is looking for a qualified person to join our team as an administrative assistant. The overall goal of the administrative assistant is to oversee the daily operational function of the church and support of the Pastor and Congregation in alignment with the church’s mission. The Administrative Assistant is a part-time position, a minimum of 20 hours a week with some flexibility in scheduling hours worked as long as deadlines are met. Expected pay range: $18 – $20 per hour.

Worship & Music Coordinator Position (Part-Time, Salaried + Continuing Ed)
Christ the King is a dynamic congregation that focuses ministry outward into the community. CtK’s music ministry has musicians of voice and instrument to help lead worship and share their talents in a variety of ways to praise God.
Scope of Position: The Worship & Music Coordinator shall be committed to Jesus Christ and to the mission and ministry at CtK. The primary responsibility of the Worship & Music Coordinator is to nourish and grow the music ministry at Christ the King and empower musicians from both inside and outside the congregation to utilize their gifts. They shall have strong interpersonal and relational skills for working with people of all ages, along with strong organizational and instrumental skills. Children’s Ministry Coordinator (Part-time, 10 Hours)
Do you love to watch children grow in their faith? Mt. Calvary is looking for a committed person to lead our children's ministry. This is a 10 hour a week position during the school year. The pay rate is $16.75 an hour. Sunday School for children age 3 through grade 5 is a key responsibility of this position. The Children’s Ministry Coordinator will provide curriculum and lead Sunday School and other events as appropriate. We are looking for someone who will lead our worship services from the keyboard approximately two Sundays per month (negotiable with flexibility in scheduling alongside our other leader). Calvary is a congregation that utilizes various musical styles within a liturgical tradition. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead a singing congregation from the keyboard.
