Responsibilities
Publication Development: to include preparing weekly worship bulletins & monthly newsletters
Technology, Website, & Social Media: produce communication updates and postings
Office Management: day to day office responsibilities supporting the pastor, staff, & congregation
Receptionist: answer incoming mail, emails, and phone calls and greet visitors
Volunteer Management: assist council (lay leadership) and other committees
Skills & Experience
Ability to work independently on a routine basis. Capacity to interact with a wide variety of people in a personable manner. Demonstrated capability to be self-motivated, reliable, efficient, and manage a number of tasks simultaneously. Aptitude to handle confidential information and to be discrete when dealing with sensitive situations. Computer knowledge of various publishing and database programs as well as word processing experience is required. Experience with and understanding of Christian worship and traditions is helpful. Knowledge of web design recommended but not required.

Grace, Green Bay
Grace Lutheran Church, Green Bay seeks an adult choir director to sustain a long tradition of creativity in the context of liturgical worship.
Our choir has been singing during our Saturday or Sunday worship twice a month from September – May.
The choir also sings for some holiday services (Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Good Friday).
The Choir Director
works with pastors and other musical directors to schedule special music.
chooses music for the choir to sing from our choir music library or with budgeted funds with attention to lectionary readings and the church year.
communicates bulletin information to the church office.
maintains the choir music library.
Accompanists are available (so you need not have proficient keyboard skills!)
Current weekly rehearsals are on Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m.
Additional worship accompanist opportunities available at Grace.
Salary negotiable.
